WALKING ONE HEART TOGETHER

"May they all be one"
John 17:21

For churches, leaders, and elders (mothers and fathers)

ONE HEART

A prayer‑rooted formation journey for the Church — across generations

In this season, we are focusing on young people —
not in isolation, but as part of a shared, intergenerational journey.

One Heart is not something we run for young people.

It is something we walk with them.

WHY THIS MATTERS

A generation is searching — but not always in the prayer room

Many young people feel:

  • disconnected from faith language

  • wary of institutional religion

  • unsure how prayer fits into real life

And yet, beneath the surface, there is:

  • a deep desire for meaning

  • a longing for belonging

  • a quiet hunger to know God

We believe this is not a problem to fix —
but a moment to form differently.

WHAT IS ONE HEART

A formation journey, Not a programme

One Heart is a 7‑week journey rooted in prayer.

It invites young people — and those who walk with them — to explore:

  • Identity in Christ

  • Oneness with God, others, and creation

  • Honest prayer through lament, hope, and waiting

  • Living faith through everyday obedience

This journey is:

  • simple

  • repeatable

  • youth‑shaped

  • designed for real life

Train on Tracks

THE POSTURE WE HOLD

This matters more than the structure.

As leaders, elders, and churches, we are invited to:

  • be participants first, not experts

  • guide, not teach

  • listen more than we speak

  • create space, not pressure

We are not trying to:

  • fix people

  • control outcomes

  • produce results

We are learning to:

  • walk alongside

  • remain present

  • trust the Spirit to do the forming

This grows through companionship, not control.

HOW THIS WORKS

A simple weekly rhythm

Each week follows a shared rhythm:

  • Sunday — A question
    Opening the theme

  • Wednesday — A reflection
Helping people slow down and notice

  • Friday — A step to take
Living it out in simple ways

Alongside this, there is an optional daily devotional for deeper formation.

HOW TO WALK THIS IN YOUR CONTEXT

This journey is designed to be flexible.
It might look like:

  • a small group meeting weekly

  • a youth group journeying together

  • a few people gathering informally

  • a church integrating it into discipleship

  • an elder walking with 2–3 young people

You don’t need a perfect structure.
You simply need:

  • a small group

  • a regular rhythm

  • a willingness to be present

WHO THIS IS FOR

This journey is for:

  • Young people exploring faith and identity

  • Church and youth leaders

  • Elders and mentors walking alongside

  • Communities willing to go deeper in prayer

Everyone who participates is being formed — not just the youth.

WHAT THIS PRODUCES

This journey is not about output.

It is about formation.

Over time, we begin to see:

  • Young people engaging prayer honestly

  • A shared language of oneness emerging

  • Faith lived in everyday life

  • Leaders walking with, not performing for

  • Relationships shaped by presence and responsibility

We are not measuring numbers, reach, platforms or visibility

We are looking for:

  • faithfulness in prayer

  • formation in identity

  • obedience lived out in shared life
