Our Gatherings are an opportunity to pray, worship and learn together. These times are a chance to celebrate the year, be refreshed, and to receive vision from God for the year ahead. We love spending time with old friends, making new friends, eating together and so much more.
We’d love for you to join us, whether you’ve been part of this global movement for 25 years, or you’re just exploring the idea of 24-7 Prayer for the very first time. Come, and seek the power of Jesus together as we give thanks and look to the future.

SOUTH AFRICA PRAYS
At a time of global instability and rising conflict, the church is being called back to prayer. South Africa has long carried a unique moral voice in global conversations about justice and the protection of vulnerable peoples. This is a moment for us to stand together before God.

We’ll share the heart behind the National Prayer Afternoon on: 📅 Sunday, 12 April
On that day individuals, families, churches, and communities across SA will PAUSE… and gather for 90mins to pray: “Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
We’ll be praying for those affected by war and for our own nation — especially vulnerable communities.

OUR FIRST NATIONAL GATHERING
The first 24-7 Prayer South Africa National Gathering took place in JHB from the 27th - 29th March 2025.
A Gathering is a spiritual retreat packed with worship, prayer, teaching, and time spent together in the presence of God. It was a special time of connecting and learning with and from one another.
The theme for this Gathering was Returning and Rest. Returning to a place of prayer, to a place of waiting and abiding - In Quietness and Trust (inspired by Isaiah 30:15).
Alongside National Director Nkosinathi Mbuyazi, we heard from guests including Danielle Strickland, Sheila Wise Rowe and Nicholas Rowe and our international leaders Keith Grafham and Brian Heasley. Our local speakers Rene August, Robert Ntuli and Zikhona Magana blew us away. All sessions were recorded.
FIRST FRIDAYS
Every First Friday of the month join a gathering to commune with Jesus as the Community of Jesus in 3 different sites Joburg, Durban & Cape Town.
A Ministry of We Will Worship
Linden Prayer Room
Vida Church in Linden, Johannesburg has a prayer room open so far on Tuesdays and Thursdays for prayer. Come join them as they intercede for our city, our nation and the world. They would love to have churches commit to more prayer and worship sets so please do get in touch.
