Prayer walking neighbourhoods in simple obedience to The Holy Spirit and sharing the Gospel in word and deed.
WHAT DO SPOTFIRES LOOK LIKE?
A culture of fervent prayer and faithful witness is central to what Spotfires are. While Spotfires can happen anywhere, we believe they are best embodied as catalytic small groups within a local church body. Typically a Spotfire is comprised of the following key elements:
GATHER
Spotfires commit to meet at least once a month.
PRAY
Each gathering begins with a time of fervent prayer to stir faith and contend for God’s kingdom to come.
GO
Prayer inspires action, walking the streets and sharing faith in word and deed.
TESTIFY
God is celebrated and people are encouraged by sharing stories of what happened.
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
START A SPOTFIRE
Start a monthly gathering with others from your church or area to pray for your city and share your faith.
We’ll invite you to one of our ‘Ignition Sessions’, where we will give you some training on starting a group, share some key resources and connect you to a local ‘Spotfire Rep’ who will track with you as you get started.
CONNECT TO SPOTFIRES
Already doing this? We would love to encourage you in that journey through community support and practical equipping. Don’t want to call it a Spotfire? No problem. We would love to support you however we can.
Again, we will invite you to one of our ‘Ignition Sessions’, support you with resources and a local Spotfire Rep to track with you.
From there, we’ll encourage you to gather a few friends who are passionate followers of Jesus, commit to praying and going at least once a month, and celebrate what God does through your obedience!
